Job summary

Custom Filters Direct in Bloomsburg, PA, seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead daily manufacturing operations. You will oversee shift teams, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced factory, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to coach employees, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement is a plus.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production goals and schedules are met
• Promote and enforce a safe work environment
• Monitor product quality and ensure company standards are maintained
• Train, coach, and develop employees
• Hold team members accountable for attendance, performance, productivity, and company policies
• Track daily attendance and headcount, including employees from multiple staffing agencies, and communicate staffing needs to HR and leadership
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure adequate staffing levels and report attendance or performance concerns
• Partner with Maintenance and Quality to minimize downtime and resolve production issues
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve workflow
• Complete production reports and communicate shift updates to leadership
• Support company policies and continuous improvement initiatives

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM + any required OT based on business needs)

As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd Shift manufacturing team. Position Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations on 2nd shift while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and employee performance standards are met.
