Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Production Scheduler in Commerce, CA to develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules that support the Production Plan and customer delivery requirements. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Production Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Manufacturing experience required; make-to-order or discrete manufacturing preferred.
• ERP system experience; Syteline experience a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on the approved Production Plan.
• Release, prioritize, and sequence production orders to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust priorities as needed.
• Communicate production schedules, priority changes, and potential delays to stakeholders.
• Identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and production risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Work with Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
