Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee production projects from specification through delivery. You will coordinate across production, quality, supply chain, sales support, graphics, and logistics to drive prototyping, chip processing, and final production.

The role also involves account management support, vendor liaison, and process improvement contributions. Spanish fluency is mandatory due to bilingual interactions with production staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• BS or BA degree required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Task oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Enthusiastic, cooperative team player, adaptable, professional demeanor, client-focused.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact with assigned customer accounts and prepare materials/reports for meetings.
• Carry out client-related tasks as directed by senior leadership and participate in client meetings.
• Manage major accounts domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate in-house design sessions per Management direction.
• Prepare literature packages for industry events and update product literature.
• Participate in new product development by researching vendors and gathering materials.
• Support material preparation for industry events and coordinate with partners and vendors.
