Job summary

CompoSecure seeks a Project Manager to oversee production projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer requirements are met. You will coordinate across production, quality, supply chain, sales support, graphics, and logistics, guiding projects through prototyping, chip processing, and final production.

The role supports management with document prep, account management, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant project management experience.
• BS or BA degree required.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is mandatory for interactions with production staff, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production projects from initial specification through final delivery.
• Coordinate across production, quality, supply chain, sales support, graphics, and logistics teams.
• Prepare materials and reports for meetings with key customers.
• Act as liaison with internal departments, outside vendors, and customers.
