Integrity Staffing is seeking a Production Manager for our client in Conroe, TX. You will oversee daily production activities, coordinate with Plant Manager and Warehouse, and plan schedules to meet customer requirements and resource constraints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production or manufacturing management experience.
• Experience in packaging, lumber or related industry.
• Proven experience supervising production employees.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet goals, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Plant Manager and Warehouse team on materials, inventory, and finished products.
• Plan and prioritize production schedules based on customer requirements and available resources.
• Supervise, train, and develop production employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Monitor production efficiency, labor utilization, downtime, scrap, and plant performance.
• Identify issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain safety and SOP adherence; ensure product quality meets customer specs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and communicate daily results to management.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, performance management, and employee development.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
