Job summary

freshexpress is seeking a Production Line Lead for first shift (7:15AM - Until Finish). The role oversees day-to-day operations across all lines in the area, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

Responsibilities include aligning with the production schedule, coordinating line staffing and setup, and communicating issues to supervisors. Fluency in English plus Spanish or French is required to support diverse shifts and lines.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish or English and French.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and understand Production schedule.
• Communicate scheduling concerns to Production Supervisor.
• Ensure all production lines are staffed properly.
• Ensure lines are set up with correct product, COOL labeling and packaging information.
• Coordinate changeovers with machine operators, Lift operators, dryer deck and case erector operators.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Ensure products are safe and meet customer specifications.
• Communicate quality issues of raw product to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor packaging lines to ensure correct quantities produced without overruns.
• Communicate mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel.
