Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or Management or associate degree or technical training certification plus 5+ years supervisor experience.
• Leadership experience in a similar facility may be considered in lieu of a 4‑year degree.
• Manufacturing supervision experience overseeing mechanical production equipment and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leadership and operations of assigned production areas.
• Monitor and analyze printing/mechanical equipment and workflows to improve processes.
• Provide reports on corrective actions, contingencies, and countermeasures to optimize performance.
• Lead process improvements to reduce waste and improve production time and output.
• Foster productive relationships and develop talent within direct reports and project teams.
