Job summary

Cartamundi East Longmeadow LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the East Longmeadow, MA manufacturing team on-site, covering paper processing, die cutting, card conversion and game boards. You will oversee shifts, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Finance, EH&S, Maintenance and Shipping to meet customer expectations.

The role requires 3+ years supervisory manufacturing experience, strong ERP/MS Office skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Union and manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Schedule shifts, manage workflow, and ensure on-time production.
• Meet or exceed production quality standards and output targets.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Finance, EH&S, Maintenance, Shipping.
• Provide training and coach employees; support promotions and performance reviews.
