Job summary

Productiv is seeking a bilingual Production Line Lead at our DFW Patriot site in Grapevine, TX to oversee daily operations in warehouse production and packaging areas. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be on-the-floor leader who keeps the line moving, ensures safety, quality, and production standards, and drives efficiency.

Requirements include 3+ years in production, 2+ years in a lead role, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a Lead role (lead, team lead, or working supervisor).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; read, write, and speak professionally.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; train and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in production and packaging areas.
• Act as floor lead and coordinate the daily production schedule.
• Train, organize, and support line team members on the floor.
• Review and sign off on work; manage daily paperwork.
• Escalate safety or quality issues and communicate with Supervisor.
