Job summary

Cinter-Networks in Plano, TX is seeking a Procurement Staff to support expense processing, data entry, and vendor communications. The role is onsite, 1 year contract / W-2, with a salary range of $50,000–$55,000 per year and a 401K match as the available benefit.

You will manage data in internal systems, train external partners on the Vendor Portal, and ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks while collaborating with business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years of administrative experience or experience in accounting and/or purchasing department preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable adapting to new internal software/systems.
• High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process business travel expenses and reimbursement claims.
• Ensure all travel expense reports comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Input, update, and maintain accurate data within the internal systems.
• Manage and monitor data workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Audit system data regularly to maintain data integrity.
• Create and track work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Organize, archive, and manage company documents and records.
• Conduct training sessions for external partners on the Vendor Portal.
• Serve as the main contact for vendor inquiries regarding system usage.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
