Job summary

Uline is seeking a Bilingual Business Process Analyst to join our Pleasant Prairie, WI onsite team. You will analyze billing and business processes, identify problems, and collaborate with Uline’s Mexico and U.S. departments to improve efficiency.

You must be fluent in English and Spanish, with 2+ years in business analysis or related fields, and willing to travel occasionally across North America. This is a hands-on role focusing on process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, finance, accounting, billing, process improvement or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with numbers, Excel, reports and data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review billing and business data to identify problems, trends and opportunities.
• Investigate issues and figure out why something isn't working.
• Work with Uline’s Mexico team and U.S. departments to solve problems.
• Help improve and streamline existing business processes.
• Coordinate projects and keep track of deadlines and progress.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings and updates.
• Keep project information and documentation organized.
• Serve as a key contact between Uline’s U.S. and Mexico teams.
