Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
• Experience resolving conflicts and managing performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with RIP software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of rug printing and print room safety.
• Create daily plans and schedules for the print team.
• Troubleshoot printer issues with maintenance and IT.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Manage attendance and performance-related elements.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
