Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive health in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (post-residency), but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients, including prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct routine check-ups and health screenings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
