Job summary

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking two Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join an outpatient primary care practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role targets adult patients 17+. Emphasis on Spanish-speaking foundations with growth toward conversational fluency.

Clinic operates four days a week with a mix of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 8:00 AM–6:30 PM shifts; one Saturday per month. Includes EMR AthenaHealth, no on-call duties, and seven total weeks of PTO including tenure-based

Qualifications

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Eligible for North Carolina licensure.
  • Foundational Spanish language skills with willingness to become conversationally fluent.
  • Passion for serving underserved and diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient primary care to adults 17+ in Raleigh, NC.
  • Manage patient panels with ~18–20 patients per day (about 3 per hour).
  • Work with Medical Assistant support in an independent practice.
  • No call responsibilities; limited administrative duties (approx. 5 hours/week).
  • Utilize AthenaHealth EMR in daily workflow.
