Job summary

LCH Health and Community Services in southern Chester County, PA, is seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. You will collaborate with a team of providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and medical assistants to deliver patient-centered care.

Active Pennsylvania medical license and DEA are required, with BLS/CPR; Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania medical license is required.
• DEA license and current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Community health experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care management for patients.
• Deliver same-day and urgent care services as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and review labs, diagnostics, and consults.
• Support quality improvement and community health initiatives.
