LCH Health and Community Services is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in Kennett Square, PA. This full-time position involves providing compassionate, high-quality primary care to patients across the lifespan, focusing on preventive care and chronic disease management.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Advanced Practice Nursing, possess current PA CRNP and RN licenses, and ideally, be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to provide compassionate, high-quality primary care.
• Experience in primary care or community health is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care using evidence-based guidelines.
• Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and manage treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.

Bilingual English/Spanish

Education

Master’s degree in Advanced Practice Nursing

Current or eligible PA CRNP and RN licenses

Prescriptive authority eligibility in Pennsylvania
