Job summary

LCH Health and Community Services in PA is seeking a Physician to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan. You will work with a collaborative team of providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and medical assistants to offer patient-centered care.

Active PA medical license, DEA, and BLS/CPR are required; board certification in Family or Internal Medicine is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania medical license required.
• DEA license and current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Community health experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care management for patients of all ages.
• Deliver same-day and urgent care services as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and review labs, diagnostics, and consults.
• Support quality improvement and community health initiatives.

About the Role
