Job summary

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking two Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a growing outpatient primary care practice in Raleigh, North Carolina, serving the adult population. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and motivated new graduates who are passionate about caring for an underserved community.

Candidates must have foundational Spanish-speaking skills and a desire to become conversationally fluent.

Qualifications

• Foundational Spanish language skills and willingness to become conversationally fluent.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with licensure in NC or eligible for licensure.
• Interest in serving underserved adult patients in outpatient primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care for adults 17+ in a growing practice.
• Work with Medical Assistant support in an independent outpatient setting.
• Utilize AthenaHealth EMR with no on-call duties.
