Qualifications

• Associate's degree in ECE or CD is required.
• Birth-5 CDA credential or willingness to obtain with employer support.
• At least 1 year of experience in an early childhood program.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Preschool Certified Teacher to develop and monitor child education binders.
• Create a classroom environment based on ECERS guidelines and CLASS concepts.
• Participate in lesson planning and implement Creative Curriculum practices.
• Schedule two parent-teacher conferences and home visits annually.
• Adhere to Head Start and ISBE regulations and monitor daily attendance and health checks.
