Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or at least four years of direct experience.
• Written and Oral fluency in Spanish or Amharic required.
• HIV testing and training certification from INSTI preferred; experience providing counseling to people living with HIV preferred.
• Completion of phlebotomy training is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and guidance to clients on PrEP and HIV prevention.
• Conduct outreach and group sessions with targeted populations.
• Coordinate PrEP referrals and appointments with clinics.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support PrEP services.
