Job summary

Think Academy Silicon Valley is seeking a bilingual PreK Math Teacher & Business Operations Specialist for a 100% on-site role in San Jose/Cupertino, CA. The role combines teaching 3–4 year-olds with academic operations, parent engagement, and business growth activities.

Requirements include Mandarin/English bilingualism and a Bachelor's degree; strong communication and a passion for early childhood education are essential. Flexible weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English is required (see role).
• Bachelor's degree required; all majors welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work 100% on-site at San Jose / Cupertino campuses.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging math and early thinking classes for 3–4-year-old students.
• Create a fun, interactive, and structured classroom environment using games, manipulatives, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
• Observe student learning and provide personalized support based on individual needs.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and learning recommendations.
• Work with the academic team to improve curriculum and classroom activities.
• Provide insights from students and parents to support program development.
• Build strong relationships with Pre-School families and support enrollment and retention.
• Participate in Open Houses and local community events to promote Think Academy Silicon Valley.
• Take ownership of special projects related to PreK program development and business growth.
