Think Academy US is seeking a PreK Math Content Teacher + Business Operations Specialist for our San Jose campuses. The role combines classroom instruction with hands-on operations, marketing collaboration, and growth initiatives.

You will contribute to teaching PreK-6 math concepts and support business activities in a collaborative team environment. Ideal for college students or entry-level professionals with a passion for education.

Responsibilities

• Teach elementary mathematics (K–3) in English using Think Academy materials.
• Deliver engaging in-person instruction and build a positive classroom culture.
• Identify learning needs and provide individualized support.
• Grade assignments and communicate progress with parents.
• Support enrollment, customer service, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow Think Academy in the Bay Area.
• Attend to safety, equity, and student well-being in class.
