Job summary

Think Academy Silicon Valley is hiring a 100% on-site Pre-School Math Teacher & Business Operations Specialist for San Jose/Cupertino campuses. The role combines teaching 3–4-year-olds with academic operations, parent engagement, and business growth tasks.

Expect a bilingual educator with a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and a passion for early childhood learning. Weekend availability and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; all majors are welcome.
• Must be available to work weekday afternoons and both Saturdays and Sundays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work on-site at San Jose/Cupertino campuses.
• Prior experience with PreK students 3–5 years is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging math and early thinking classes for 3–4-year-old students.
• Create a fun, interactive, and structured classroom environment using games, manipulatives, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
• Observe student learning and provide personalized support based on individual needs.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and learning recommendations.
• Work with our academic team to improve curriculum, classroom activities, and the overall PreK learning experience.
• Provide insights from students and parents to support future PreK program and product development.
• Build strong relationships with Pre-School families.
• Support enrollment, onboarding, retention, and parent services.
• Participate in Open Houses, parent workshops, and local community events.
