Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher, or 48 college units plus high school diploma or CBEST.
• Passing of a Spanish bilingual exam is required.
• Ability to communicate and work with diverse students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning lessons and preparing instructional materials.
• Supervise and tutor individuals or small groups in specific skills.
• Explain subject matter, administer tests, and review assignments with students.
• Maintain pupil records and portfolios; operate instructional equipment.
• Help maintain classroom discipline and support behavior management.
• Supervise students during meals and school activities; assist with snacks.
