Job summary

Hyundai-Transys-Georgia-Powertrain- is seeking a PLC Specialist to provide technical support ensuring production lines and plant equipment stay operational. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain process PLCs, control systems, and related computers, with strong Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal experience.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, documentation, and collaboration with electricians and technicians to meet KPI goals and scheduled maintenance. West Point, GA location.

Qualifications

3 years job related experience.
Knowledge of preventative maintenance guidelines and programs.
Knowledge of OSHA machine regulations and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant control systems, PLCs, motion controllers, HMIs and electrical systems.
Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, manuals, schematics, and blueprints to maintain and improve equipment uptime.
Set-up, configure, program, modify, and improve PLC programs.
