Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with bilingual endorsements and/or required training for subject and level assignment.
• Experience or training in bilingual/dual language instruction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lessons according to TEKS guidelines and accommodations for language differences.
• Use technology to support the teaching/learning process.
• Assess student achievement through formal and informal tests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices in PLCs.
• Communicate effectively with students and families in English and Spanish.
