Cruitin, LLC. in Las Vegas seeks a bilingual Litigation Attorney to handle personal injury cases from filing through resolution in a mentorship-driven team. This is a full-time, in-office role.

You will work with experienced attorneys to develop case strategy, draft and file litigation documents, and guide clients through the litigation process, with a focus on complex, high-value matters.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Nevada bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience with trial focus.
• At least 3 civil jury trials to verdict.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedure; solid research and writing skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
• Investigate cases to establish liability and damages.
• Draft, file and argue key litigation documents, including discovery motions, law and motion, and oppositions to summary judgment.
• Work with attorneys and staff to develop and carry out case strategy.
• Keep clients informed and guide them through each stage of litigation.
• Handle complex, high-value litigation matters.
