Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a bilingual Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney in Orlando, FL, with 1-3 years of experience handling plaintiff-side MVA and premises liability cases. This in-office role requires fluency in English and Spanish and Florida bar admission.

You will manage pre-suit cases from intake through demand and settlement, draft demand packages and settlement agreements, and negotiate with insurers while maintaining meticulous case files.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing is required.
• 1–3 years of hands-on personal injury experience, specifically in pre-suit handling.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-suit personal injury cases from intake and medical management through demand and settlement.
• Handle primarily motor vehicle accident and premises liability injury claims.
• Communicate case updates and legal concepts clearly with clients in English and Spanish.
• Draft demand packages, spoliation letters, insurance correspondence, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and maintain accurate case files using legal case management software.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and case progression to support favorable resolutions.
