Job summary

Golden Bear Physical Therapy, part of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Technician for our Stockton location. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting therapists and patients in a busy outpatient orthopedic setting.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, assisting with patient setup and exercises, managing front desk tasks, scheduling, and handling payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. College degree in a related health field preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for patients following procedures.
• Assist patients with therapy apparel and setup.
• Maintain clean linens and laundry.
• Record daily notes under supervision and with co-signature.
• Answer patient questions and provide information.
• Assist in patient handling and exercises per PT guidance.
• Educate patients on equipment use and routines.
• Maintain confidentiality and clean work environment.
• Supply and sterilize equipment; assist therapist access to equipment.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Triages calls and schedules appointments for efficient care.
• Collect co-pays/deductibles prior to patient visits.
• Uncover hours front desk support: check-ins, payments, triage calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
