Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and spirometry, supporting patient diagnosis and treatment. On-site role with on-call requirements across King County clinics.

The ideal candidate holds WA MA-P certification, a high school diploma, and strong phlebotomy and customer service skills; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification/competence required or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with proper specimen handling.
• Conduct EKGs and spirometry tests with proper calibration and documentation.
• Process specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA.
• Communicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staff.
