Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist - Bilingual to join our team in Hackensack, NJ. The role involves blood collection, data entry, and delivering excellent patient service across the lab network.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, and bilingual English/Spanish. Mon-Fri with every other Saturday; pay range noted with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
