Job summary

Quest Diagnostics seeks a Phlebotomist II in Longmont, CO, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Salary range $23.00–$25.90 per hour with potential annual bonus and full benefits.

Requires 3+ years phlebotomy, data entry skills, and a high school diploma; phlebotomy certification preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate systems, collect specimens, and adhere to safety and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify test orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required, following policies.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, cleaning, filing, phones, email).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training records.
