Quest Diagnostics Employer Solutions in Longmont, CO is hiring a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays. English/Spanish bilinguals preferred, with at least three years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Qualifications

• Allows effective communication with diverse patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Handle non-patient duties: inventory, stock supplies, sanitation, filing, phones, emails.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with statistics and data submissions.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and temperature logs.
• Complete training courses timely.
