Job summary

Labcorp in Dallas, TX is hiring a Bi-lingual Phlebotomist to perform blood collection, handling specimens and delivering exceptional patient service in a high-volume setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Work schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, with Saturday rotation, and potential travel to other sites. Benefits include a quarterly incentive bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years phlebotomy experience in clinical/hospital setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
