Job summary

NuvemRx in Miami, FL is hiring a bilingual Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at our community health center site. This on-site, Monday–Friday role emphasizes patient care, team leadership, and compliant practice.

You will oversee dispensing, immunizations, staff development, and collaboration with clinicians to improve patient outcomes. Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with Florida licensure or eligibility.
• 5+ years of pharmacist experience; 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of leading staff.
• Immunization certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, including workflow, inventory, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 340B, and applicable regulations.
• Oversee dispensing, verification, and documentation practices.
• Hire, onboard, and develop pharmacy staff; coach and educate the team.
• Collaborate with clinicians to improve patient outcomes and vaccination programs.
