Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join our Miami, FL location. This on-site, full-time role focuses on delivering patient-centered pharmacy care in a community health setting, with no night or weekend shifts.

You will lead pharmacy operations, collaborate with clinical teams, and support immunization initiatives. The ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist with Florida licensure or eligibility, strong leadership, and a commitment to compliance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Licensed pharmacist with Florida licensure or eligibility.
Experience leading pharmacy operations and teams.
Strong communication with patients and providers.
Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance standards.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Serve as clinical resource to health center providers for drug therapy and education.
Counsel patients on medications, adherence, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
Participate in clinical team meetings and population health initiatives.
Administer immunizations and vaccination programs as applicable.
Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, including workflow, inventory, safety, and QA.
Oversee dispensing, verification, and documentation practices.
