Veracity Ventures Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge to lead daily operations of our retail pharmacy. This full-time role requires a Florida pharmacist license, strong leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish communication to serve a diverse patient base.

You'll supervise pharmacy technicians, manage prescriptions, inventories, compliance with HIPAA, and ensure quality patient care during Monday–Friday hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM). Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in Florida.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing a retail pharmacy team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process prescriptions for safety and legality.
• Lead a team of pharmacy technicians and manage daily operations.
• Maintain inventory, stocking, labeling, and monitoring expiration.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Direct scheduling and performance feedback for staff.
• Duties as assigned.
