Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn pharmacy software.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
• Healthcare/administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the Pharmacy front desk.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Receive prescriptions and refills; relay to Pharmacist.
• Process transactions and collect co-payments accurately.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and records.
• Collaborate with Pharmacist and Pharmacy team.
