Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years healthcare or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at front window and create patient profiles.
• Verify NextGen EMR information and process prescriptions at POS.
• Operate POS and sell prescriptions to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and ethics of CHSI.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate, timely service.
• Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication with patients and staff.
