Job summary

Village Lane Pharmacy in Colleyville, TX is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Representative to serve patients across the country with friendly, accurate support.

You will handle calls, chats, and prescriptions questions in English and Spanish, schedule appointments in the EHR, and help deliver compassionate service in a fast-paced, onsite role.

This full-time position includes two weeks of paid onsite training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish — spoken and written.
• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with CRM or EHR software.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must successfully complete a routine criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls, texts, and messages with professionalism and positive energy.
• Assist patients with questions regarding prescriptions, orders, appointments, and pharmacy services.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments within the EHR system.
• Help resolve patient concerns and identify the appropriate next steps.

• Accurately document patient interactions within our CRM and EHR systems.

As a Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Care Representative, you'll be one of the most important connections between our pharmacy and our patients. You'll answer questions, solve problems, coordinate patient needs, and make sure every interaction feels helpful, professional, and personal.

Your Schedule

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Full-Time | Onsite in Colleyville, TX

You'll begin with two weeks of paid onsite training to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications
