Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join its Dallas, TX team. You will manage a variety of personal lines accounts, ensure accurate policy documentation, and provide exceptional service to clients.

This hybrid role requires handling policy changes, issuing certificates and IDs, assisting with billing, and preparing quotes for home, auto, renters, umbrella, RV, and other personal lines products using EZLynx. Strong communication is key.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the insurance industry is required.
• Familiarity with personal lines products (home, auto, renters, umbrella, RV).
• Experience with EZLynx or similar insurance management platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Issue certificates, ID cards, binders, and other policy documents.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries and past-due notices.

Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining accurate policy documentation.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $55,000-$70,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Issue certificates, ID cards, binders, and other policy-related documents.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries, payments, and past-due notices.
• Gather necessary information to prepare quotes for home, auto, renters, umbrella, recreational vehicle, and other personal lines insurance products.
• Support the renewal process by updating client information and preparing renewal documentation.
• Utilize EZLynx software to manage and maintain client records and policy details.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Prior experience in the insurance industry is required; this position is not open to entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with personal lines insurance products, including home, auto, renters, umbrella, and recreational vehicles.
• Proficiency in using EZLynx software or similar insurance management platforms.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, rotating between in-office and remote work.
