ZKZ Law PLLC in Houston, TX seeks a driven and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal with Arabic language skills to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to support clients navigating the personal injury process in a fast-paced law firm environment.

The role involves handling cases from intake to resolution, drafting documents, coordinating with clients and providers, and translating between English and Arabic while upholding ethics and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury law.
• Knowledge of Texas personal injury procedures, medical terminology, and insurance claims.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in legal case management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Communicate with Arabic-speaking clients, providing updates and gathering case information.
• Draft and review legal documents, demand letters, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Collect and organize medical records, police reports, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain and track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and court filing schedules.
• Translate and interpret documents and conversations between English and Arabic as needed.
