Qualifications

• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal in a medical malpractice or personal injury environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents (pleadings, discovery, case management orders, etc.).
• Schedule and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Obtain, organize, and maintain medical records, imaging, and bills.
• Efile in State and Federal Courts.
• Correspond with opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, and clients.
• Manage case schedules and comply with deadlines.
