Qualifications
Proven experience as a litigation paralegal in a medical malpractice or personal injury environment preferred.
Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents (pleadings, discovery, case management orders, etc.).
Schedule and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials.
Obtain, organize, and maintain medical records, imaging, and bills.
Efile in State and Federal Courts.
Correspond with opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, and clients.
Manage case schedules and comply with deadlines.
