Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Galleria, Houston, TX

A busy and growing plaintiff’s firm in the Galleria area of Houston is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and eager to grow — we’re looking for someone who is trainable, coachable, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases, including case intake, investigation, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and settlement documents
• Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and other evidence
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish
• Coordinate client meetings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations
• Support attorneys during trial preparation and trial, as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements
