Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting research, and coordinating depositions and discovery. Spanish-English bilingual support is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a litigation paralegal, with at least 2 years in plaintiff personal injury.
• Proficient with Legal Case Management Software, iManage, and E-Discovery tools.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, including translating documents for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a heavy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and organize case files.
• Manage case progress using case management software.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Prepare detailed notes from client and witness interviews.
• Assist in E-Discovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with personal injury laws and regulations.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients in English and Spanish.
