Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or currently attending high school.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background investigation required.
• Ability to work well with coworkers in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume, sales-oriented environment while handling cash.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products to support their financial success.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and balance daily operations.
• Cross-sell bank services and maintain accurate records according to bank procedures.
• Support a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population.
