Under supervision, you will process deposits and payments, cross-sell bank services, and help achieve monthly account production goals while adhering to bank policies. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Six months of retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsabilités

• Under direct supervision, provide exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions in a high-volume setting.
• Evaluate customer accounts to offer bank products and services.
• Follow established policies and contribute to monthly new account production.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, wires, and money orders with accuracy.
