Job summary

PNC's Personal Banker role is based in San Antonio, TX at the La Cantera Mall branch, focusing on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base and delivering a differentiated customer experience.

The position collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, leverages technology, and drives proactive sales through a defined process including lobby engagement and outbound calls. Spanish-speaking ability is required.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree and related experience.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with defined sales process including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through differentiated customer experience and education on options for managing financial transactions.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures and participates in branch daily operations.
