Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker based in San Carlos, CA, to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Retail organization. You will acquire and deepen the branch customer base, drive proactive sales, and guide clients through PNC solutions to improve financial wellbeing.

Spanish-speaking is preferred. This in-office role requires relevant experience and an Associates degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in banking products and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience; typically 3+ years in banking.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• In-office role based in San Carlos, CA.
• Background checks required per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service.
• Lead sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions leveraging technology.
