• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calls, service-to-sales, teller interactions and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships to grow share of wallet.
• Perform lobby engagement and identify options to meet customer needs with PNC products.
• Assist in branch daily operations and manage risk through adherence to policies.
